Rick Reeser, LACHA
GERTI Instructor
Rick is a Licensed Adult Care Home Administrator and former school administrator with 16 years classroom teaching experience. He has been involved in counseling, business management and curriculum development. He oversees a 50-bed skilled nursing facility, 14 senior apartments and a Home Health agency. He holds a BS in Physical Science from Colorado State University and a Master's in School Administration and Supervision from the University of Colorado. Since 2003, Rick has been actively working with staff in the journey to implement culture change in long-term care.
