K.J. Langlais, LACHA
GERTI & JCNC CEO
K.J. started her career in 1981 in long-term care thus having years of experience in nursing home leadership, as administrator and consultant. Her book Managing with Integrity for Long Term Care was published by the leading trade book publisher McGraw-Hill in 1997. Contributory achievements include public speaking and training, course development, international consultant for healthcare education software, product development for communication of the MDS and Care Plan reports, team building, financial management, systems development and implementation, mastery of regulatory issues, and a highly ethical outlook. KJ came to JCNC in December, 2001. Her dream of creating an educational program for long-term care employees came to fruition in September, 2003, with the GERTI program.
