Our Nursing Leadership 101 course is taught by instructors who work in long-term care, have been Directors of Nursing, and understand the daily challenges of working in a nursing home. We connect with your Director of Nursing and work through those challenges and provide tools and resources for success. This course is designed to provide nurse leaders the tools to prioritize, delegate, and communicate effectively.
